We don't believe in raking people over the coals to make a living. Our businesses have always been known for their friendly "first name basis" experience and lowest pricing possible. It's one of the ways we can give back to our hometown.

At KB, we guarantee to have the lowest rates. If you provide a valid competitor's quote on their letterhead (in writing), we will gladly price match - though we are confident our rates will be lowest to begin with!

Also, contractors, veterans, and first responders always receive 10% off with KB Equipment Rental, period.

*PLEASE NOTE: NO RESERVATION IS MADE UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL AND RENTAL AGREEMENT IS SIGNED. This means if someone else books for your dates BEFORE you sign and pay, you will lose the chance to reserve for those dates. Please start by requesting a reservation online below, remit payment, and once we review and confirm your reservation, we will THEN send an agreement to e-sign.

**PLEASE BE ADVISED: Once your contract is signed, all monies paid, less your security deposit, are non-refundable. While we do have a heart, we are a business. When you book your reservation, we block those dates off to others and turn down business. Should you cancel, we cannot simply fill that slot and are now left sitting on unreserved equipment, greatly hurting our business. As such, we cannot accommodate refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason or length of time prior to your booking, and regardless of the weather. With that said, please be certain of your reservation before making it and/or book for a period longer than you think you need to account for lost days due to weather. All sales are final once contract is signed.

AGAIN, NOTHING IS 100% RESERVED OR CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND CONTRACT IS SIGNED.

NO HIDDEN FEES! We believe in transparency. Nobody likes hidden fees or surprises. The only fees you incur are the 1) actual rate advertised for the rental itself, 2) delivery/pick-up fees if you are needing those services, and 3) a damage waiver charge if you don't have insurance. All of this is shown up-front on your quote as well as at check-out. If you choose to pay electronically, 3rd party processing fees may be charged by our processor, also shown at check-out. Otherwise, we accept cash, too! The price you are quoted is the price you pay, period.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are posted under the "Delivery" section of our website. However, if you'd like an exact quote, simply head to our catalog and add any item(s) to your cart, head to check out (you don't actually have to check out), enter your job site address, and it will automatically calculate delivery fees for you based on distance. Please note customers who are further out than our standard Creekside-area footprint will incur higher delivery fees.

Damage Waiver Charge: For any customers who do not have their own insurance to cover our equipment (most folks don't aside from a contractor with their own contracting business insurance as an example), a damage waiver charge will be applied at checkout. This is typical of most legitimate rental companies in the area, even if they don't announce it up front as we do. If you would like to add the machine(s) to your own insurance, please reach out to us for the serial number and pertinent information so you may contact your insurance agent to get the items added to avoid the damage waiver charge. If you are curious on how much the damage waiver charge will be, simply add any item to your cart in our catalog below and it will auto-calculate. Please note as with any rental company that damage waiver is NOT insurance - it is a surcharge for not having insurance and it waives your liability in very limited cases of damage - you will still be responsible for most damages.

Security Deposit: We do charge a refundable security deposit at the time of your reservation in addition to the full reservation amount due. This security deposit is 100% refundable and is refunded upon satifactory return of the machine.
