KB Equipment Rental is locally owned and operated by the Reesman family, Dayton natives. Known to the area for their 3rd generation trucking company, their automotive and heavy duty repair shop, and a few other local businesses, the Reesman's are proud to bring you a local source for affordable equipment rental to help you with your projects or events. We are built for the DIYer!

Price Matching

We don't believe in raking people over the coals to make a living. Our businesses have always been known for their friendly "first name basis" experience and lowest pricing possible. It's one of the ways we can give back to our hometown.


At KB, we guarantee to have the lowest rates. If you provide a valid competitor's quote (a legitimate rental company, not some uninsured Joe-Schmo you found on social media or your buddy who owns a machine and rents it on the side) on their letterhead (in writing), we will not only price match, but will actually honor a base rental rate 10% lower than their quote! (This only applies to the base rental rate, not delivery or damage waiver charges). However, we are confident our rates will be lowest to begin with!


Also, contractors, veterans, and first responders always receive 10% off with KB Equipment Rental, period. Please be sure to make us aware before you sign your rental agreement as we cannot amend any final invoices.
