- One account per customer/business
- Earnings based off base rental spend and are earned after an order is fully completed and equipment is returned in satisfactory condition (excludes damage waiver, delivery, pick-up, security deposits, fuel, taxes, and all other fees)
- Credits may only be applied to future eligible rentals' base equipment rental charges only (cannot be used toward delivery, taxes, damage waiver, fuel, or other fees)
- Non-transferrable
- No cash value
- Cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, offers, coupons, or vouchers
- Credits expire 12 months after they are earned
- Minimum rental to redeem credit: $250
- *Rewards and participation in the Rewards Program do not guarantee the right to rent equipment. All future rentals remain subject to equipment availability, rental requirements, account standing, and approval by KB Equipment Rental. KB Equipment Rental reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse future rentals and/or suspend or terminate Rewards Program participation for legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to abusive, threatening, disrespectful, fraudulent, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct; misuse or damage of equipment; violation of rental terms or company policies; nonpayment; or abuse of the Rewards Program. Rewards may not be used to require KB Equipment Rental to enter into a future rental transaction. Program terms, earning rates, redemption requirements, and availability may be modified or discontinued at any time; however, changes will not retroactively eliminate previously earned, unexpired rewards except where permitted under these terms or applicable law.
Example:
- Customer spends: $750 in base rental fees
- They earn: $75 KB Rental Credit
- Next time they rent: $1,000 base rental fee − $75 KB Credit = $925 base rental fee

Please don't be surprised during your rental and say "I didn't know that," or "I didn't see that" as it's typically something we covered in the "FAQ" section. We don't want you to be surprised - it's a better experience for all if you know all the facts up front. We are transparent and put it together for you for a reason. Please read it before you book!

- Lowest Price Guarantee: With the exception of just a few items that are part of our re-rent network, we guarantee to have the lowest rental rates. For all eligible items, if you provide a valid competitor's quote (a legitimate rental company, not some uninsured Joe-Schmo you found on social media or your buddy who owns a machine and rents it on the side) on their letterhead (in writing), we will not only price match, but will actually honor a base rental rate 10% lower than their quote! (This only applies to the base rental rate, not delivery or damage waiver charges). However, we are confident our rates will be lowest to begin with!
- Discounts: Veterans and first responders receive 10% off. Please notify us before signing your rental agreement—final agreements and invoices cannot be amended.
- NO HIDDEN FEES: Check out our "FAQ" section so you know EVERYTHING up front - it's all there!
- WE DELIVER! Delivery rates are posted transparently under... you guessed it... the "FAQ" section!
- **Please DO NOT show up unannounced! We are not always present as we are likely out delivering. You will NOT be able to get in as there is a secure gate with code. Please make an appointment in advance!
