KB Equipment Rental does offer delivery to you for your equipment, machinery, tools, and attachments.

We have extremely reasonable delivery fees for those who are geographically close to us as well as those who may be further out, but are renting for a period longer than just a few days.

We will deliver within a 100mi radius of our headquarters in Creekside, PA. However, customers who are further out than our typical Creekside-area geographic footprint will incur higher delivery fees. This may not be economic for customers who are further out geographically and only needing the machine for 1-2 days. The "sweet spot" are any local customers (typically within 30 mi radius) and/or customers who are further out geographically, but are renting for extended periods beyond just a day or two. The decision is yours, but we care about your pocket, so we point this out so you may make a more informed decision.

We have had customers book from over an hour away for 1-4 week rental periods because our rental rates are so low that it's still cheaper for them to pay for higher delivery for an extended period - this is where it may make sense if you are further out.

Why can't we simply deliver an hour away to you for the day for next to nothing? The reason is we can't have staff hook up a trailer and load and tie down a machine (30 min task), drive 1hr+ to you, unload the machine (20 mins), drive 1+hr back to our shop, then repeat this process to pick it up at the end of the day -- that has our staff out for 6 hours of their 8 hour day in that example, tying up trucks, trailers, and eating up fuel and insurance costs for a one-day rental fee from you - it's simply not economical for us, and likely not economical for you (we would have more in resources and expenses than the fees we collect). A company more local to you in that example may have less of a delivery charge since they are closer to you. So please consider the length of your rental period in relation to your geographic distance from us when making a decision - we don't believe in corporate greed and we truly care about your pocketbook, even if that means recommending you go elsewhere in these scenarios. We seek win-win scenarios for the both of us! Let's do good business.

**Delivery Fees: We charge $3.75 per mile for delivery/pick-up with a $100 per trip minimum, which is cheaper than most competitors when it comes to our local customer base. This includes every mile we are driving (i.e. if you live 20 miles from us, that means 40 miles for us to deliver and 40 miles again for us to pick up). Want to know the exact charge for your order?
