Delivery
KB Equipment Rental does offer delivery to you for your equipment, machinery, tools, and attachments.
We will deliver within a 100-mile radius of our headquarters in Creekside, PA. However, the further distance you are geographically, the higher the delivery fees.
Our "small business" wants you to do what is economic for you as we truly care about your pocket book. Our fees are extremely reasonable IF you are:
- Within 20 miles of us, give or take
- Greater than 20 miles to us, but renting for a period of 2+ days
We will gladly still deliver to the 20+ mile folks who are only renting for one day, but the delivery costs add up and may not make economic sense for either of us to pursue for only a 1-day rental.
We don't like greed and are a family-owned business, so we point this out for you to make an informed decision.
Delivery Fees
We charge $3.50 per mile for delivery/pick-up with a $100 per trip minimum, which is cheaper than most competitors when it comes to our local customer base.
This includes EVERY MILE we are driving (i.e. if you live 25 miles from us, that means 50 miles for us to deliver and 50 miles again for us to pick up).
Examples:
- Susan lives 18 miles from us: (18 x 2 = 36 miles for us to drop off and 36 miles for us to pick-up), totaling $252.
- Joe only lives 5 miles from us: $100 trip minimum to drop off and $100 trip minimum again to pick-up, totaling $200.
