Please don't be surprised during your rental and say "I didn't know that," or "I didn't see that" as it's typically something we covered in the "FAQ" section. We don't want you to be surprised - it's a better experience for all if you know all the facts up front. We are transparent and put it together for you for a reason. Please read it before you book!

• Lowest Price Guarantee: With the exception of just a few items that are part of our re-rent network, we guarantee to have the lowest rates. For all eligible items, if you provide a valid competitor's quote (a legitimate rental company, not some uninsured Joe-Schmo you found on social media or your buddy who owns a machine and rents it on the side) on their letterhead (in writing), we will not only price match, but will actually honor a base rental rate 10% lower than their quote! (This only applies to the base rental rate, not delivery or damage waiver charges). However, we are confident our rates will be lowest to begin with!

• Discounts: Contractors, veterans, and first responders receive 10% off. Please notify us before signing your rental agreement—final agreements and invoices cannot be amended.

• NO HIDDEN FEES: Check out our "FAQ" section so you know EVERYTHING up front - it's all there!

• WE DELIVER! Delivery rates are posted transparently under... you guessed it... the "FAQ" section!
